So, I've been running S4 TII intake manifolds and wiring on an S5 TII block on my car, and everything's been wonderful the last coupla years. Except for the part where my manifold o-rings melt and rip apart and I start leaking coolant from the top of the block...

Old gasket's soaked and ripped to ****, and I can't tell the difference between the two from this lumpy mess.

Just need to know which lower intake manifold gasket to use (manifold to block gasket)?

Mazdatrix part number would be most appreciated.

It's gonna have to be between

A.)

Part#13-111D-N318

or

B.)

Part#13-111A-N370

thanks,

-A.Earl

P.S. What's the cheat code to properly put in the manifold coolant o-rings without pinching/ripping them?...

P.P.S. ...and why the **** do I need two o-rings when there's only one hole on the S4 TII lower intake manifold (goes to turbo, me guesses)? There's two holes on the S5 TII block though, so I'm also guessing that's my answer.

get the n370 gasket, both of em are almost the same though

um you can put the o rings in with a little vaseline, or silicon, you just need something to hold em in place.
