I have removed the air pump and used a blokoff plate on the manifold. I would like to remove the rats nest when I do the throttle body mod. Does anybody know of a really descriptive site I have found a few but was looking for the best one.

I'm looking for a site with pics if possible. I've never done this before and don't want to screw it up.

It is not too hard. all you need is about 6 ft of FI hose and some silicone vac hoses and caps to block off the nipples that are left over. You shoould also buy a block off plate for the EGR valve.

Along with the fuel lines that you will need.

And the rats nest is the silinoids, and vacume lines that are under the intake manifild. The are mainly for emissions, and it won't effect anything if you take it out. Other than makeing you car dirtier than it already is.

Use the rat's nest write up in the FAQ section in here... I used it and it was a piece of cake.
