The shop who is finishing up my GT-X project for me has 3 turbo LSDs laying around. My question is, should I put one in after the motor is all done? I mean, my SE I know shouldn't have the LSD from the factory, and I'm afraid that if I get all this power going to a non-LSD I'll just go sideways all the time, or I'll hurt something on my car. When I do burnouts, my car leaves two marks every time(nice long marks )...what do you all think?

GT-X LSD same as American TII LSD, no? Explain please GT-X project.
Turbo LSD not work with NT driveshaft and transmission. NT rear end not work with Turbo transmission and driveshaft. All must be same turbo or NT. Why your shop not know this?
Why you so interested in rear ends? I think maybe you are H.

The GT-X project is what I'm doing w/ my 1988 SE. I have a 1991 GT-X motor and transmission, and I'm putting them in my old NA SE. The driveshaft will actually work, I just had to swap flanges on them...but I may go LSD just to get the added accelearation...

If you want to use a TII diff you have to change the whole diff unit and the half shafts.
You will also have to modified the n/a driveshaft yolk to fit the TII flange.
You can't swap the flange from the n/a to the TII diff. They are different internally, I think the TII is longer and beefier.
I have done the TII rear end swap when my car used to me n/a. I had my n/a driveshaft modifed with a bigger folk to accept the TII flange. The driveshaft place also did not recommend the redrilling of the TII flange because it would weaken it because of where the new holes will go.
Is this what you are trying to do, going with a TII diff?
