I hate asking stupid questions but for the life of me I can't figure out where a ground wire attaches. There's a ground wire that comes off the top of the bell of the tranny with a white plastic female type end. I can't remember where this goes and can't seem to find any place to mate it to. it's a pretty long black ground wire so I thought maybe it attached to the upper air manifold somewhere but again I don't see anything on the wire harness that fits it or on the upper manifold. Possible attach to the vac rack or other emission related things I've removed? thanks for any help.

thanks it's right at the top of the bell of the tranny near where the coolant hose comes of the rear iron. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure it goes some place obvious I'm just blind or something

haha yeah that was it. I found the tab on the firewall too. The end of your wire didn't have the white plastic but looks like it's bolted to the same point.

I think I have one last wire that I've misplaced that I can't find a connection to though. Here's a pic if anyone can help

it's attached to that black clip also on the tranny. I'm thinking it goes to something I might have removed. Any takers on this one?

here's a few bonus pics of my two year rebuild the unicorn project. This car has been through it all with me in the last 10 years I've owned it. lol yeah yeah rice rice baby I'm sure. I had raspy powder coat my parts whatever scheme he wanted years ago. He'll be happy to finally see them get put on the car. I can't wait to hear it run. It's so close to being done!
