I was interested in buying the Pineapple racing inserts for my 5th and 6th ports

Do they work? More power? More tourqe? What benifits do they offer?

Once they are installed, do you still need the acuators on the outside of the block? (above the manifold?)

Thanks. Markus

The stock sleeves just come to a dead end.. the inserts add a slope at the end of the sleeves to smooth the flow of air into the ports. If you don't want them open all the time, then you should keep the acuators hooked up. If you remove the actuators, you can wire the sleeves to stay open

yeah, they just smooth out the airflow.

I'm also curious, what kind of gains could you expect? I've heard good things.
