oil pressure gauge not werking

so my oil pressure gauge isnt werking? and i have no idea of where to start. can any one give me a push in the right direction :bigok:

Primary suspect in these cases is the sending unit, located right below the oil filter. You can try pulling the wire off, cleaning the connection, and putting it back, but if that doesn't work, just replace the sender. Should be about 40 bucks if you buy it yourself and screw it in.

you can ground the wire going to it and see if needle moves to hot-switch must be on.
