Offsets?

Whats the best offset for the flush look with either 17'sx8 or 18 Ive done a search and call wheelmax and tire rack and motegi and the service reps dont nothing the screen doesnt tell them. Any1 that was running 18's what was your offset???

+35 is a good offset for that "flush" look. Just use 225 or 235 width tires and no wider so you don't rub.

how would 17X8 with 43 offset look? would it be pretty flush?

Nope. Too deep. You can try it to be sure. 17x8 +30 is about perfect in the back. +35 all around works great. It's the front end that's most sensitive to widths and offsets. 8" wide rims with +35 or +38 offsets seems to work best up front. Just make sure the tires aren't too wide or they'll be the problem.
