No ignition, at a standstill

No ignition, at a standstill
Okay so I have been trying to get my 1988 turbo2 started for 3 weeks. I was driving it fine when all of a sudden it died. Since this point, turning the key does absolutely nothing.
I have replaced my starter, battery, alternator, all fuses, and the ignition switch to no avail. I am pretty certain that it is related to the ignition switch. When I have the main power wire clip plugged in, I am able to get a voltage reading from the return power line and down at the fuses.
However, When I plug in the clip with the black/red and blue wires, I am unable to get a voltage reading anywhere. Does anyone know what this black/red and blue wires lead to? Possibly the starter solenoid?
I am completely lost and frustrated. Any help is appreciated...
