with a whole lot of help my TII is alive NPR isn't hooked up using the top mount for now. have a few little things to fix tomorrow but she is alive and idling perfectly at 750rpm. i have to adjust the timing though

Just do the timing the way the manual says. Do you have a timing light? I can get the pipes welded for you if you can cut them to fit. There are shops out here that could do it for you, but it would cost more to have them do it all.
