ummm my car has like 110,000 miles on it. i gave it an oil change myself like 2000 miles ago and the oil was like sludge cause it had sat in some guys yard for a year. so i figure i should get like all the fluids checked this time and let someone else change the oil. plus i couldnt get to the fuel filter so that needs to be changed. what kind of maintanence would you recomend? i changed the spark plugs myself too. and i buliding up the funds for an entire new exhasut.. cat and evrything... not cheap but mine leaks like crazy now... and it makes my 02 sensor go off

T&R in Jamaica, http://www.rx7s.com could do it for you. There's also a guy in Elmont, Smokin' Joe, who could help you out. I could get you his number if you want it.

The things you speak of, any shop can perform. I would say to change the coolant, thermostat, maybe the tranny fluid and rear end fluid. You did put the right plugs in didnt you?
