Default Lights not working.

Hey guys, this is my first post here with all you rotary fans! I haven't had my FC very long but I already love it! I haven't had any probs with it until last night, they have always worked but now, the head lights, brights night time running lights and gage cluster lights (even my cigaret lighter light doesn't work) will not come on any more. I haven't done anything that I know of to mess them up so I was wondering if anyone has had this prob? I have an 86 FC stock 13b. Thanks for any info!

Common issue among FCs. I'm a new FC owner myself (87 Turbo II).

First off, check your fuses. This won't fix your major issues, but for me at least, changing the fuse on your driver's side kick panel worked. The fuse is called "ILLUM" - Fixed my door and top light in the car.

As for the gauge cluster, DRLs and head lights, you're going to have to either repair your headlight switch or get one that isn't ruined. I'd opt for the repair, if you've got any idea of how to clean the connections properly, it should be cheaper than finding and replacing a newer unit. And it'll crap out again anyways, regardless if you buy another one. If that doesn't work then it's probably something related to your grounds or your harness itself.

I personally haven't fixed mine yet, but I hope that I will soon.
