Ok, so I went ahead and did the TB mod, but I've still got to get the holes plugged and then I'm gonna have the TB bored out. My UIM is still over at my buddy's house, he's gonna polish the exterior part for me(he makes knives, so I have faith that it will look good). I'm also gonna port and polish the manifold when he's done. You can't really port much on the 89 to 91 T2 manifolds, but hey...whatever helps. I think that'll do it for intake mods. Custom bored TB, port/polish and POLISHED UIM, ported LIM...that should be good for another 10 at the wheels I hope..here's a pic of my TB and the IC elbow we did tonight...I'll take better pics of the TB when I finish the TB mod...

It's the stock elbow...but like I said, my buddy makes knives and he can make things look really good. We've thought about making polished elbows for 2nd gens(I know GReddy makes them for the FDs)...but we aren't sure if there is enough market for a polished elbow...I mean, if enough people get interested, I can have a bunch made and add them to the 1320 parts inventory(which is slowly growing)...What do you mean by straight elbow, you mean one that goes towards the front of the car?

The hard rubber elbow from an NA will go right onto the TII TB.

It looks like the stock TII TB cap.

Go with the FD upper intake, TB, and elbow.

Do you really think there is a big enough gain from using the FD's TB, UIM, and elbow? For now I'm sticking w/ the FC's...mainly because I've already started, lol...maybe later I'll swap over...

soul assassin told me that he gained 30 RWHP, but I don't know if I gained that much from it.

I had great results with the stock TII stuff.
