I'm taking a break, hiding from the overly oppresive Texas sun. Just installed some K2RD blockoff plates thought I would share...

hehe yea i did notice that too





i usually just use a thin layer across each side that im "gasketing" let it dry for 5 mins, then stick it together

Don't hate because my copper RTV is purtyer than your blue RTV, you know you're jealous bitch!



I did it just like Scott did his on his website. It's a thin layer, I just spread it around with my finger.

i use a greenish/black colored one i think its permatex's version - liquid gasket

I hope its a lot thinner than how it looks in the pictures...I wouldnt want to imagine what happens if that stuff comes off and goes into your engine...



Anyways, youre not supposed to spread it around like that. You just supposed to draw a thin bead around the outer edge.
