Idle Speed......
#1
Ok. The beast lives, but is currently on some bad crack. She idles @ about 3k RPM, give or take about 200 RPM. Already got the little screw on the top o' the throttle body down as far as I can, and she's still up there.
My question: How do I take the idle down without blowing something up or hurting myself?
Another thing, I get a low *pop popop pop popopop pop*, what is that? And how do I fixit?
One last thing: Smoke from the exhaust manifold area = Bad. A ) Just some stuff spilled on it. B ) Death to my engine. C ) Normal for a rotary thats been sitting for a while. D ) Just the engine cleaning itself out.
BTW, I've got the friggin Haynes manual, but I havent been able to find anything......I'm still looking though, even as I post...
Thanks guys
