Did you guys just use the stock fuel rail and tap it? Just cut and weld those little feed lines? or what?

If you're using the 86-88 aluminum rails then remove all of the junk on the ends and tap them with a 3/8" NPT tap. Then just get an adapter. If you're using the 89-91 steel rails then chop off the ends and weld steel male AN bungs on the ends.

fuel rail stock is cheap. Its almost easier just to mill an aluminum rail and keep your factory one.

It depends. I can drill and tap a stock rail in a few minutes, and then I'm done. The cutting and welding technique is also pretty quick. I like to stick with stock if I can to avoid leaks if I mess up.

dont use rubber hose and barbs.

I ran -6an from the tank, welded on -an fittings on the primary rail, secondary rail came with them.
