well got off work at 5 brought eng and cherry picker home with me. got it in car and bolted down. got header on. put intake on. as soon as i snug it up the front aux port binds. sleeve is free and actuator is free until i start to tighten a bolt. have not torqued down all way yet and have put on many times[makes me want to leave damn things out] but there pineapple sleeves and kid wanted them. got me buffaloed now.

i found the dam problem had washers reversed on actuator shafts glad i did`nt lock the intake down got fixed going to bed been up over 20 hrs.

had solid washer on wrong side of retaining clip on shaft that goes through intake thereby it would bottem out on 6port sleeve. hope i can finish today.

hehe, I don't know why you people have trouble understanding him, I have never even broken down an engine, and I knew exactly what he was talking about. hmm, I need to find an old beat down rx7 to rebuild
