Gtus To Tii Conversion?

Im thinking of buying a GTUS and doing a TII conversion.Has anyone here done this or does anyone know someone who has done it.How much would all that cost for the engine conversion along with the transmission?Do you think this is a good or bad idea I need your guys opinions.

ive done it, as long as everything is s5 it will bolt right in

I'm guessing around 2.5k to have it coverted to stock t2..

Used motor and a nice salvage yard..u can do it for 2400 to 3000...but if dont wanna stock t2...then add about another 8K for a built motor, exhaust, EMS, etc...lol

I'm suprised no one has mentioned that the GTUs is the rarest FC. That being said, I think you shouldn't destroy a GTUs by doing a swap. If you're really gonna do a swap, use a GXL or a GTU. If you're gonna do anything to a GTUs or AE, it should be limited to stock restoration only.
