Okay. I've had enough.

I've tried just about everything to get this thing to run. Now its your turn. If you've got any ideas, comments, flames, I dont care what you post just post. You gurus can ponder the mystery of my beast, I'm going to sleep.

info: compression is perfect, front and rear rotors @ 120 each. timing is perfect. With the exhaust off (manifold-back) she holds an idle at 1k, but she wont drive. Zero power. It takes several blocks to get up to 5k, i mean, its pathetic. She also kicks the car around, idles real rough. Same symptoms with the exhaust on (all converters shelled) except she can barely idle.

You people figure it out. I'm sick of trying. And if you dont, no biggie, I'll just sell it for scrap.

When you say 120 each compression, how are you getting at this figure?

I'm thinking injection system all else being equal.

The average compression of all three chambers per rotor is 120.

I'm running incredibly rich also, anyone wanna post the factory air/fuel mix setting?

Injection system? how so?

Injection system doesnt leak, or I'd smell it and it would be tough to start, right? If its the fuel system, then the injectors are just not performing like they should, because I checked the fuel pump, and its running strong.

Would the injectors need to be cleaned or rebuilt?

Personally, I think its acting like it just isnt getting the air it needs as fast as it needs it. I've checked the vacuum lines once w/ carb cleaner and didnt find anything, but its worth checking again.....*sigh* Anybody ever hear of a N/A acting this stubborn before?

Hey rotarydragon, thanks for the reply, it got me thinking and its always good to know people are willing to help. :bigok:

If you think its an air problem, have you checked your AFM? Maybe it's not on tight enough, or maybe its just bad...my buddy's 626 AFM went out and when you floored the car it wouldn't go anywhere. I'd check that out...
