Fuel Pump recommendation
#1
I'm looking to make sure my T2 doesn't run lean due to insufficient fuel pressure. The stock pump (and the car) has 99k on it. I'd like to replace it for safety's sake. Should I go with a new stock pump or something with a higher flow capability? The car is stock now, but I'm interested in making it faster. The stock exhaust is shot, so I'll be putting in a new downpipe, single highflow cat and new cat-back system very soon. Is the stock pump okay to use with some performance mods? Is it bad to run a hi-flow, hi-pressure pump on a stock T2? Any recommendations?

Is that a direct bolt-in replacement? Does it fit in the tank the same way the stock pump does? And oh yeah, what does that sucker sell for? :eh:
