I searched and found good directions on the swap there was no mention of a puller do the rear hubs come of without a puller ?

On the 2 I have done, one side seems to always be stuck. You will need a puller if the axle does not push in.

Get an lsd donor car and swap the whole rear subframe with diff, axles, knuckles..
Limited slip = better fc.
