Since I am running a Haltech, can I safely remove the Pulse Damper (Regulator) on the fuel rail?

This sucker has started more Rotaries on fire... I don't want to be one of them.

Yeah, you could just plug the hole with a bolt.

The secondary rail already has a regulator, but if you want tp upgrade that's ok. Check out http://fc3s-pro.com/TECH/MODS/FUEL/fpr.htm .

The only replacement rails offered are secondary rails to accomodate 1600 cc injectors for TII's. The stock fuel rails will work just fine for you.
