I felt so stupid that I did not think of it before, wow.

Just adjusted the throttle cable.... All vacuum leaks are fixed, just need to change out front eshaft crush washer and do a brake pad job.. S/b all done by monday...

the idle should really be set via a throttle stop not the cable, if you use the cable that means theres always tension on it when there should be some slack.

throttle cable should be loose.

Good point, I'll have him adjust it by the throttle stop later on..
