Hey, I've been soo busy at work and classes lately, that I haven't caught up on what's going on w/ people here...How are all ur projects coming along, I know there were at least 2/4 members nearing completion of the motor part of the project...like that purdy blue & silver block that somebody rebuilt, and that nice vert...how those things coming guys?

i dunno about everyone else but i just bought a 1991 na that needs water seals, so i'll be building that motor soon.

Mines coming along good, I just finished the drivetrain swap. I have all the parts i need right now to do finish the turbo swap except the engine, cuz i think i wanna save and get a nice rebuild from pinneaple and a huge streetport!

but i do have a guy that is looking for a shipping company to ship me his running 89 motor for $250!

If you go with a standalone and beef up the oiling system it should be ok. I'm not sure as to how the casting thickness of the NA housings compares to that of the TII housings, but anything under 15 PSI should be ok.

Well I am the guy with the blue and silver motor. I finally got it to run this weekend when I replaced the ECU and Water Thermo Senser. How she runs great, I put a 100 miles on her just yesterday, and she did great. I am down at school, so I can't run it much during the week but my dad is going to run it some. I hope that I will be able to drive it down here next weekend. But that is the update on my project.
