$530 for a fan? Yeah, you can find ones for a lot cheaper than that. I've heard Black Magic and Vintage Racing make some good e-fans. They can be had for much less than $530.

Yea, thats the one that I'm gonna use w/ the GTR conversion. BTW...a 16" fan is the best one to use for your 7, you can get away w/ a 15" but its better safe then sorry!

I checked out some of these sites and none come with a fan shroud, which is half the ******* cooling. I know this for a fact. I ran mine with out one once. :frown: I saw a black magic one with a shroud but they only have 15", and they recommend 15" for rx clutch fan switch to electric. So can anyone tell me where to find a 16" electric fan with a fan shroud that will fit my rx???

I don't know where to find it, but try looking for the Vintage Air Heavy Duty 225W 16" shrouded e-fan.

Brian Cain (a regular on the FC list) swears by it.

Yeah i found that Vintage PlaceVintage Air And they do have a 16" fan, but once again its not shrouded. I think im going to go with the Black Magic 150 fan from Flex-A-Lite. But thanks for info
