Egr Valve?

The spring loaded device bolted to 2nd part of intake manifoldd that goes to the air pump is the EGR right?? and to remove egr and air pump all i need is block off plate??

the egr is bolted to the rear of the intake manifold in a t2. you're thinking of the air control valve

can i take that off if i take the air pump off??

do i just plug up the vacuum lines and put a block off plate where ACV was?

Just buy the block off plate. Pull off the ACV/air pump. Unplug the 2 (i think) plugs. Cap off/plug the vac lines. Install the block off plate, be sure to use some RTV.
