Hello all,

I just bought a 1990 TII, and had it shipped up to me. When I checked the error codes, I received 3 of them... 3, 33, and 51. I have a friend in Japan that is sending me a new CAS which I hope fixes error 3, he is also sending me a new Fuel Pump Relay, which I hope fixes #51. But what exactly is the: 33 Solenoid valve - port air bypass. Is it one of the sensors in the rats nest?? or is it a different one. I know what the error code is.. but I am not sure what the fix for it is. Can anyone help me on this?

its one of the little solenoids on the air control valve itself. if its unplugged, or the harness is fried it'll set that code

Ok, then I am pretty sure I know what hte problem is.. but I am going to ask here to make sure. The air pump0 and its accessories are gone. Since the air pump is gone, then the Air Control Valve is probably not plugged in since it is used in conjuction with the air pump... am I correct??

yep that would be pretty typical. if you wanna get rid of the code you can unscrew the solenoid, and plug it in, and just have it hanging there
