Custom Driveshaft
#1
I am swapping a Turbo II motor into an 86 N/A. Haveing money as a big factor I cannont afford a 5-lug swap. Where is a place that can "customize" my driveshaft, withe a turbo tranny to a n/a rear end. Or would there be a big effect if i had a 4 piston calipers in the rear and the 1 piston in the front. Thanks

find a cheap auto drive shaft.....they have the same size input shaft as the turbo one....(the n/a 5-speed is smaller). then splice the auto (trany side) with your current driveshafts (diff side).
that is what i did and it only cost me $30 to have the two welded together, i didnt do it my self because it needs to be straight and balanced. no probs in over a year
