Coolant Warning Light/Buzzer Problem
#1
Damned thing is extremely annoying >=( >=( >=( It stays on regardless of what i do, ive changed the coolant and topped it off 3 times now, including a full cooling system flush each time. Any ideas??
(Any way to disable them maybe? Or anything you can think of that can cause this?)
The car is an 87 N/A, for ID purposes.

i just had this problem on a customer car, his was n s5 but what solved the problem was a new raditor cap and level sensor on the raditor. also i had that problem with my own s5, turns out the rad cap on mine was also shot and wouldnt hold proper preasure.

I had the same problem, I pulled over the side of the road and just grounded the wire from the sensor.
But as it turns out I actually had a malfunctioning cooling system (coolant seal in motor), so don't be so quick to dismiss that the sensor is faulty, it's rarer for the sensor to fail than the motor coolant seals
