i got this diagram for the vaccum running after removing emmisions. I think i have everything figuired out only there is an additional line that is going to where the cold start assist valve was or looks to be in this diagram. I removed mine and blocked it off. so does that mean i can just cap that nipple that this diagram shows for that valve????

yes, remove it. and get a peice of aluminum, hack saw and some gasket goop in a tube.

 

And when you're done there will just be a direct hose from the pressure regulator to the UIM.
