Clicking Noises By Turbo?

pretty much just like it says.

got my car running last weekend, took it for a drive today, and under load in 2nd gear and higher there is like a clicking/popping noise which sounds like it is coming from the turbo or the surrounding area.

we still need to dial in the timing perfect, i dont know if that would play a huge part in that.

my friends car is doing the same thing but not as bad.

Could be one of the exhaust gaskets by the turbo. mine made a clikeing sound when idling, until i pushed the throttle hard.

i am missing one nut on the downpipe......... vosko lost it a couple weeks ago.

I've actually had two manifold studs break out of the block!!! would kindof make a sound like what you are describing

ok so whenever it clicks/pops the boost stutters
