Car Hesitates At The Blip Of Throtel
#1
Ok i just noticed this today, car was acting perfectly fine, changed oil and was out for a cruise. i noticed that when i get on the gas suddnly at about 35-40% throtel it was hessatate like hell. i mean not even go anywhere and it will just chug everything. i pulled over and everything is connected. car idles just fine and i can rev it to 7k no problem at idle. but when under load it will hessatate for a sec then pulls like a rape ape...im confused...any help would be great!

I had this same exact problem.I did a tune up & still had the problem (I kind of knew i'd still have the problem but did it anyways) so I figured I was either getting to little or to much fuel.I checked out the injectors for cracks and whatnot, they were fine.I knew my injectors haven't been cleaned in awhile so I figured i'd send them in for cleaning but before I went off and did that I went up to murray's and bought a little bottle of Lucas upper cylinder lubricant & fuel injector cleaner for $3.78.I put it in the tank with about a 1/4 tank of gas & drove it on the freeway for 5 minutes, then I got on it.It was a miracle...the car never did that again.Im not saying this will solve your problem for sure cause are problems may differ but it's well worth it.Here's a link so you know what to look for.

i will also vouch for that stuff. used it in the rotary and it didnt do much, but in my subaru when i got it, it was running a lil funny. i put that stuff in and it made it run a lot better. my cousin also used it in his ford ranger and it helped it run better off the bottom.
