Thats angle iron... We also have an impact gun, but I think the adapter is robbing most the power(1/2 to 1 inch adapt)

Quick suggestion as well, use the impact, make sure the compressor is fully charged. Take the impact and fill the air inlet with WD-40 (which I see you have in the pictures) . Pound on the nut with the impact gun untill you hear the compressor kick on again. Stop wait for the compressor to fill completely and start again. try this 3x, on the 4th try, hit the impact to tighten and hit it about 30 seconds. Wait for the compressor to fill and try removal with the WD-40 trick again.





The WD-40 is similar to the ATF trick for a won't start. It causes higher compression of the impact gun and also oils the internal parts at the same time.
