Blown Fuse?

Well i went into the vert today and tried to use the cig lighter and got no power hooked up a meter and there was nothing any idea what fuse its on and what else should be on it? I know my power mirrors arent working either dont know if they are on the same thing or not.

The fuse on the bottom row, second one from the door. It says cigar on the cover, so I would assume its for the cigarrette lighter. Its a 10a, you could also pull all the fuses to see if they are blown.

thanks for the help if my shoulder wasnt hurting i would have crawled under but i didnt want to and then not find anything.

Finaly got a chance to go out and find the problem. It was the 10a fuse on the bottom but the third one fixed the power mirrors and lighter. I checked the other fuses while i was under there and found nothing else so hopefuly i wont get in the car again and have something weird happen. I took her for a nice liitle ride after fixing it too, gotta clear the carbon out right?
