I always go to hess and never have any problems with it in my na. I always get the mid grade but with gas prices high last time i filled up with low grade.

depends on what motor you have. If the little book in your glove box says to run premium unleaded then you should. if the book says to run regular then yes running premium can make you lose power. It has alot to do with what you have done to your motor to on if you need the higher octane gas to help prevent detonation.

Chevron, or Mobil 1, although Mobil 1's are hard to come by out here.

premium on a TII, low or mid in a N/A. Higher octane is a bit worse for a N/A as the engine doesnt quite burn it all, its a slower burning fuel.
