Default *88 rx7fc TII starts but dies out after 10 seconds

Hey all im new to the fourm and to the rotary world. Been reaching alot before i wrote this so please bear with me if any info is missing* please let me know.

So heres what i have:
*88 n/a body/chassis i bought for a drift car, it came with mods/removal after sitting for a year.* 88 s5 rotor housings engine was rebuilt with new seals and streetport.* S4 wire harness and ecu. All emissions are removed, rats nest removed, air pump removed, oil injectors removed, fan delete, egr delete, powersteering removed. New spark plugs/wires. Stage 2 clutch.
*I still have the bac valve installed replaced throttle stop adjuster screw set to original location.* Iv added duel electronic fans and mishimoto radiator, air/fuel ratio guage, oil press/temp guage, boost guage, and water temp guage.

Iv replaced the fuel filter, cleared vacuum leaks with new hoses and installed restrictor pill before pressure sensor. Replaced the turbo charging pipe and top and bottom hoses for intercooler. Replaced stock remp sensor and air temp sensor. All wires are hooked to correct place. Just missing plug for o2 sensor.

So heres the situation:
When i start the car no throttle it will crank over and start, rev to 1000rpms hold there for 5 seconds then quits running. No stutter just dies. If i have someone flutter the maf it will run a few seconds longer but will die out just the same, same rmp rev. Thought it was a fuel issue so i jumper wired the fuel relay under dash and itll flood out the engine. Deflooded the engine. Opened up the maf and watch as it starts, it will regulate air on its own. Now i havent tested my injectors but assuming that if it runs good for the short time something is cutting them off. I bought the restrictor pill after reading if the pressure sensor reads a spike in air it will cut fuel. No change after installation. I havent adjusted the bac yet. Tonight i was going to test the TPS and adjust if need be. And i do have spark on all plugs.

Now also another confusion i have is the fuel pump relay and resistor? Is that needed on turbo models? I dont see a plug for it anywhere on the harness. Iv been using the wire diagrams on pdf for the entire car.

Im starting to get lost and drift season is nearly here. If someone can point me in the right direction id greatly appreciate it. Im trying to exhast all my options step by step to get the car running right.* Sorry for such a long post, wanted to get all info out there.

Thank you in advance

are you sure you do not have a vacuum leak?

Everything is plugged up that isnt being used and the lines that are used are new. The way i checked is to pressurize the system and see is it leaks

will it stay running if you use the throttle?

Adding throttle doesn't help. Iv read on here that not having the o2 sensor hooked up will cause a fuel cut is this correct?
