Wierd Plug Wear?

I took out my plugs the other day and they were half black and half brown?It looked like half the plug was firing properly and have was burning lean.Anyone else see this before?It was on the lower 2 plugs I saw this more than the top ones.

i noticed mine were totally shot in about 2k miles, normal pattern though. maybe your timing is off?

oops did I say blown? meant to say brown, as on the inside.

My plugs have about 3200 kms on them.They can't be toast yet could they?
