Here are some pics and i am wondering weither i need some junk thats on it, in the first pic i am wondering if i need all that stuff by the choke, and that deceleration valve. In the second pic i am wondering it, the thing that is missing in the left part of the pic is needed or can i just make a block off plate, and what that thing is in the right side of the screen, and is it needed? I know very little about the nikki carb i would rather have just modified the stock intake to fit a holley, but i figure this will be right for the streetport aplication since the venturis have been inlarged, thanks, mike

 

junk in the left pic is for the choke, its the bimetallic spring and choke pull off.



the right pic is where the altitude compensator went, just cap it off
