The triangle shaped piece, right?
I'm not sure but I think you need to cut it out because it's sort of glued into place. Then you need a to 'glue' or caulk the new one into place.
I think they're expensive, so try to find one at a junkyard.
sorry to hear your car got broken into.

I just pulled one last week. you have to remove the trim panels on the inside to find a nut in about the center of the forward section of the triangle. remove it. using a sharp knife cut a section of the glue that holds the glass in. I then cut off a peice of throtle cable (used the one on the hot start assist) slipped it through the cut spot and with help from another person used a sawing action to cut the glue.
If the glass is already busted then just use a hammer and a vacum to remove the glass and then cut off the glue.
Take it to a glass shop to have it installed. A peice that small will cost about $20 - 35 to install.

I smashed my own quarterpanel window trying to remove it.
You need to saw it out. As its already smashed though, a sharp knife will do, just don't cut yourself!
