I ordered a replacement radiator on the 13th, radiator express site states that unless they have issues with their stock they would ship next business day or contact me to let me know wuz up. Here we are 21st, I call and am told they will get back to me and they never do. Ill call be placed on hold for almost eternity and then " oh let me call you back" I havent gotten a radiator, my card has already been charged and they can never tell me where my freakin radiator is at..no tracking number, no status, nada. Website tracking shows "awaiting payment" Then customer services gets attitude with me cuz I wanna cancel my order. Im told the order would be canceld and I'd be refunded and would recieve a confirmation email to confirm. I get nothig so I call back later after looking up order and still shows active. So im put on indefinate again just for them to get back on the phone and say "we'll call you back with your tracking number we cant seem to locate your package...click". So I call back once more to cancel the order and the guy is like "Cancel Why?" then tells me oh he'll void the ticket. Guess I'll check my account tomorrow and see if this guy does his job as well as the many other. One thing is for sure I should of just paid a bit more and gotten it from rx7.com...............sheeesh....just had to vent a bit.

Anyone still reading this far down, have you ever dealt with these people? Think I'll actually get my money back or I just got shafted?

Man I wish more performance shops had 1st gen stuff on-hand, even rx7.com is diminishing there stock of 1st gen stuff. Im gonna be stuck without my seven for another week. Damn it!!

Rotary Performance close on weekends so I went and bought a CSF radiator from Foreign Car Parts in Dallas TX (214-946-4002) aluminum core with copper tanks $170, works great. Radiator Express left me a message Sunday apologizing for the delay and they have shipped the radiator..... So after calling them, and emailing them for a 2-weeks asking for them to cancel my order, they still shipped the damn thing........unbelievable. Guess Ill have to ship it back, which is most likely what they want so they can charge me a restocking fee........suns of beaches!!!
