Well...its finally time...I stripped my car down for the final time today and took her into the shop...they're supposed to be taking out what little hail damage I had left today...then they're going to paint it and hopefully have it done by the end of next week if all goes well. I've decided on a "Porsche Speed Yellow" from the side trim up...and the savannah brown that it was already painted from the trim down...saves a little time and money since the insides don't have to be changed...doors especially

All i've got for now is the pictures of how sad my car looked before I took her to the shop...a combination of the old brown and new blue panels...and primer...no headlights or tail-lights...one wiper arm...no trim...just...wrong :P

also switched back to the pop-ups...I was having trouble with the fixed bulbs...you just can't get the same ammount of light out of one of those tingy things as you can out of a 7" bulb...so I"ve got it set-up to mount to the bottom of the bumper...its in the first pic..looks pretty good

anyway...more pics when I get her back from the shop

shes baaaaaack

I have a few complaints about the paint job...mainly that it too way too long...and they didn't do a few things that I had asked them to do...repeatedly...but...I'm sorting it all out today

heres pictures

local shop painted the whole car...I painted the wiper arms, side mirrors, trim, and various interior trim panels...i'll get pics of the insides later...once its done

from what i can see, the paint looks good, but no offense meant dood but those pictures suck!!!

take your car out so that it has the same lighting all around (Pull it into the driveway even). NO shadows on the car please!!! Show the sides and stuff too!!!

We need more pictures.
