No Clutch Or Brake Pressure
#1
Im not getting any clutch or brake pressure! WTF!
Ive bled the brakes and still have to pump them 4 or 5 times to brake safely, and I have to pump my clutch every once in a while(especially during in-town driving) to keep from grinding gears.
Ive got a good pressure plate, Im just not getting pressure in the pedal.
Im not loosinng fluid in either resevoir.
Are these problems connected?
Wouldnt I loose fluid if I needed a new booster?
How would I adjust the clutch pressure?
HELP!

GREAT.....JUST GREAT.
No way to test them to to make sure?
I have the parts on my other cars....just dont want to take them off for nothing.
I think I remember having trouble with the clutches with my other cars too. Are they prone to problems? Leaking or Loose fittings somewhere?

When my master cylinder went out a while back I had the same scenario. You had to pump the brake pedal in order to build up pressure. Through Victoria British brake master cylinders are $69.99 and clutch master cylinders are $39.95 so it won't put you back too much.

I had the same problem one time. No visible sign of leakage, but couldn't get any pressure. When I pulled off the master cylinder, it was apparently leaking around the seals, because where the rod is put into the back of the mc, it was wet and corroded. Replaced it and no problem. Never heard about the lines being too small.
