You can buy a new oil cooler hose, or you can go to your local hydraulic hose supply company and ask them to make you one. Take in your old hose and they can either match up some new fittings or reuse your old ones.

I went to SEVERAL places in Houston, and NO ONE could make the lines. One place offered to cut the ends off of mine, weld them onto new barbs, and then make them from there.
