Can I turbo My 84 GSLSE with out a rebuild how much PSI. and what does fb stand for

 

yes u can turbo it because it has the 13b in it,( http://www.1300cc.com/ ) you will need some turbo stock stuff witht hat kit, and fb is what is in the serial number or all 1st gen.

 

you can turbo it, the amount of boost you can run depends on how much fuel you can put into the motor. the stock efi prolly wont run more than 5psi on a good day, it cant deliver enough fuel

most 1st gen's mine is considered a SA22.....FB is nowhere in my vin# for my 80 model. I think its 78-81 that are SA22's but I could be wrong.

 

i think the 79 and 80s are SA.

Are you the singer?

 

79-80=SA

81-85=FB



And it is a chassis code. It is nowhere in the VIN, there is a specific number for it though, but I don't recall it right now.
