On a 12a?Thats nuts. rukh- your sig says rebuilt 12a.Why would you want to tear it down to port it?Rebuilds are expensive.Just wait till she blows up.Theres lots that can be done to any rotary before porting.Start with a simple header and exhaust swap. With all the little mods done to it you might even change your mind about porting it.

Wth big *** ports like that, you'd have to rev it higher to get in the powerband.

A bridgeport probably wouldn't really come alive until about 6000 RPM.

Then to really spin the hell out of it you'd want hardened stationary gears, 3 window bearings, balancing, clearancing, a good flywheel and clutch, etc....

Although running 10k RPM must sound nice!
