Brake Conversion?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that the FC front hubs will go directly onto FB spindles with the correct wheel bearings. Then all you need to do is make a bracket to mount the 4 pistons and you will have a car that will stop on a dime!!
CP Racing makes some kind of brake upgrade kit, they basically did the same thing.

Your Answer
you don't actually need the gsl-se spindles, just 84-85 ones, IIRC.
That and hubs/brakes from the FC.
might i also recommend the master cylinder, booster, and prop. valve as well.
i'm in the process of doing all this to mine, maybe if it ever gets finished i'll post some pics.

[quote name='Racer X' date='Apr 12 2005, 01:46 PM']Another way to do it is swap the FC subframe over if you want the 5 lug brakes and FC motor mounts.Theres a write-up in the FAQ section on that swap as well.
